How It Works
Register with SmartPOST, provide us with the link for the online item you wish to purchase, and make a deposit. We will then use our credit card and mailbox address to buy and ship the item to Jamaica. You will be notified when your package arrives on the island and again when it is ready for pickup following clearance.

Registration is completely free with SmartPOST Limited and will always be free.
Sending Packages with SmartPOST Limited is easy, follow the three easy steps and you’re on your way:
1. Sign up today and get your free US mailbox address and customer ID Tag
2. Shop online using the provided US mailbox address and customer ID Tag.
When your purchase is complete, upload your invoice (Login to the dashboard) choose delivery options ( for delivery option choose Home or Office delivery)
3. We will notify you each step of the way
– As soon as we receive your package in our Miami where house
– When your package is on its way to Jamaica
– When your package arrives in the island
– And when your package is ready for delivery
We will keep you informed about your shipment and delivery.
Your packages usually take less than a week to get to Jamaica, as soon as we receive your packages at our Warehouse facility in Miami, we immediately prepare them for freight to Jamaica.
Please ensure that the correct mailbox address and customer ID Tag is used when purchasing online.
Our rates are based on weight of the package(s). For additional information please view our Rate Page by clicking the rates tab on our website.
Customs duties are charged on packages exceeding USD$50 in value and on commercial items. The duty rates are applied based on customs tariff codes which is applied by the Customs Officer processing the shipment. For more info please visit Jamaica Customs website.

The exchange rate is based on the Bank of Jamaica (BOJ) daily exchange rate on any given day.
The payment methods are Bank transfer/ deposit or Cash & Card Payments
Out-of-town customers will get their shipments delivered via local delivery methods.Â
